At LazShades, every shade is custom-made to your exact measurements, colors, and installation requirements. We work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied with both the product and the shopping experience.

The following policy applies when the product has no defects and works as intended, but the customer wishes to return or receive compensation due to personal preference.


1. Products Without Any Quality Issues

Because all LazShades products are custom-made and cannot be resold, we generally do not accept returns for personal preference such as:

  • You don’t like the color

  • You changed your mind

  • You prefer another style

  • You ordered the wrong type

  • The product does not match your décor

However, we understand that situations may vary, and we want to be flexible whenever possible.


2. 50% Refund for Personal Preference (Requires Approval)

If the product has no defects and is made exactly according to the order details you provided, LazShades can offer a 50% goodwill refund, with the condition that:

✔ The refund must be approved by our supervisor

✔ The product does not need to be returned

✔ This refund applies only when there is no product quality issue

This policy is designed to help customers in special situations while still balancing the cost of custom production.


3. When This Policy Does Not Apply

The 50% refund does not apply to:

  • Orders with special customization or non-standard materials

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Orders still in production (these can’t be cancelled once production starts)

  • Offer flexible solutions

  • Provide fair compensation options

  • Minimize your loss whenever possible
