Shipping Policy

At LazShades, all shades are custom-made and shipped directly from our production facility to your door. We aim to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for every order.


1. Processing & Production Time

Because every product is made to your exact measurements, production time varies by product type:

  • Standard Shades: 2–3 business days

  • Motorized Shades: 3–5 business days

    • Additional 1–2 days for remote pairing and full system testing

  • Vertical Blinds: 5–7 business days

    • Extra time required due to slat preparation and inspection

Once your order finishes production, it moves immediately to the packaging and shipping stage.


2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We partner with UPS and DHL Express to deliver your custom shades worldwide via air shipping.

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days

  • Delivery speed depends on your location

  • Holidays may add 2–3 extra business days

After your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, allowing you to monitor transit in real time.


3. Shipping Fees

LazShades provides competitive, transparent shipping rates:

  • $15USD Shipping fees are shown at checkout

  • Non-Custom products $5USD shipping fees


4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Most orders do not incur additional charges.
However, if your country requires customs duties or import taxes:

✔ LazShades will cover all additional charges.

If the courier asks you to pay any duties:

  • Please pay the amount

  • Send us the receipt

  • We will reimburse you in full

We ensure your package clears customs smoothly.


5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Although rare, couriers may experience delays due to customs, weather, or local logistics.

If your package is delayed or held:

  • We will contact UPS/DHL on your behalf

  • We will assist in providing any needed documents

  • If necessary, we cover all fees to release the package

If your package is confirmed lost by the courier:

✔ We will remake and resend your entire order free of charge.


6. Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order

  • Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to change the address

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may require reshipping fees.


7. Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos or videos of the damage

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • Your order number

We will provide free replacement parts or free remake + shipping, depending on the situation.
