At LazShades, we stand behind the quality of every custom-made shade.
Our products are designed for long-lasting performance, and we are committed to providing reliable after-sales support.
For 12 months from the date of delivery, LazShades covers all product quality issues, including but not limited to:
Motor failure
Remote control malfunction
Fabric defects
Bracket / no-drill tension issues
Track / hardware failure
Uneven movement or structural problems
Free replacement parts, OR
Free full product remake, AND
All shipping costs covered by LazShades
You will not pay any fees.
After the initial 12-month warranty period, LazShades still provides long-term support.
If any part fails after one year:
We will provide replacement parts for free
(e.g., motor, remote, fabric, brackets, no-drill components)
If the entire product needs to be remade:
LazShades will provide a discounted remake
Customer only needs to pay the shipping cost
Customer pays shipping fees only
All parts remain free of charge
The warranty does not apply to:
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Damage caused by improper installation
Physical damage caused by pets, children, or accidents
Water damage, fire, or environmental damage
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
