LazShades Return & Refund Policy

At LazShades, every shade is custom-made to your exact width, height, color, and installation requirements.
We aim to provide a smooth, worry-free experience from ordering to installation.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Custom-Made Products (No Returns for Personal Reasons)

All LazShades products are made to order, so they cannot be resold once produced.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds due to:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Changing your mind

  • Color preference issues

  • Ordering the wrong product type

  • Not liking the style after receiving it

Before placing your order, please double-check:

  • Width × height measurements

  • Inside mount or outside mount

  • Color

  • Control method

  • Whether your window supports no-drill installation

If you are unsure, please contact us — we are always happy to help confirm your measurements.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your shade arrives damaged, defective, scratched, bent, or not working correctly, we take full responsibility.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide:

  1. A clear photo of the shipping label (showing the tracking number)

  2. Photos of the damaged packaging

  3. Photos or a video showing the issue

  4. Your order number and name

We will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Free remake and reship

  • Free replacement parts (motor, fabric, brackets, no-drill tension, etc.)

  • Full refund if the product cannot be repaired (no return needed)

You will not need to pay any cost.


3. Shipping Delays, Customs, and Duties

If your package is delayed due to customs, incorrect documentation, additional duties, or courier issues:

  • We will contact the courier on your behalf

  • We will cover any additional duties or customs fees
    (If you are asked to pay upfront, please pay it — we will refund you immediately.)

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will remake and resend it for free


4. Wrong Item Shipped / Missing Parts

If we accidentally send the wrong item or miss any parts, we will:

  • Ship the correct item or missing components for free

  • You do not need to return the incorrect product — please keep or discard it


5. Measurement Mistakes (Customer Provided Wrong Size)

If a shade cannot be installed due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we will still try to help with the lowest possible cost approach.

Solutions include:

  • Free remake of the fabric portion, allowing you to reuse your existing motor and hardware

  • If a full remake is required, LazShades will offer a 50% Discount on your replacement order

Our priority is always to minimize your cost.


6. Order Cancellation

Once your order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, as all products are custom-made.
If your order has not entered production yet, we can cancel it and issue a 90% refund.
