Order Process

1. Order Confirmation
After you place your order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you do not contact us with questions within 24 hours, your order will automatically enter production.

2. Production Time
Production time varies by product type:

  • Standard Shades: 2–3 business days

  • Motorized Shades: 3–5 business days

    • Plus 1–2 days for remote pairing and full system testing

  • Vertical Blinds: 5–7 business days

    • Slats require additional handling and inspection

3. Packaging & Shipping
After production, your order enters the packing and shipping stage.
We use UPS or DHL air shipping to deliver directly to your door.

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location

  • Holidays may delay delivery by 2–3 additional business days
